GROUP CLASS TRAINING
A total body workout that uses resistance movements and cardio training techniques to improve endurance and build strength. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout while boosting your metabolism!
CIRCUIT BREAKER
The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It is a full-body workout that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.
HIIT
Combines elements of strength training with intense cardio drills. Develop speed, agility, strength, endurance and flexibility using challenging strength and cardio exercises. Classes use body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more.
Boot Camp
A 30 minute class solely dedicated to strengthening your core!
